This document contains a list of my websites, which I created with a unique design philosophy, and a number of interesting design concepts.  Some of my sites are simple, some are complex, and some are artistically designed, and some have sound recordings, photographs, art work, and slideshows.  A number of my websites have Excel calculation devices, or JavaScript calculation software, which I created for practical use or to demonstrate various mathematical concepts.  Several of my websites contain e-books that I wrote, with sound recordings of the text.At this time I have OVER 45 websites, and collectively they contain OVER 400,000 words.  The websites are listed below, under five headings, each with a brief description. This is followed by an elaboration of the philosophy and design concepts I used to create the sites.  To access a website left click with the mouse on a blue link, which are the blue words and letters. Many of my websites have various types of calculation devices, in three formats, which are Online JavaScript, and for downloading, Microsoft Excel, and OpenOffice.org.  14 of these websites are listed at the end of this section, with related descriptions of the web content.

Creating a calculation device is usually, more time-consuming, and difficult than creating a conventional website.  With a website, you do not have to be concerned about devising and building a functioning calculation mechanism.

Most of the calculation devices that I create are relatively large, attractively laid out and colorful.  When I create them, I am essentially working on an art and a mathematics project simultaneously.

I usually focus much time and effort to make a user-friendly device that will reduce the chances of data entry errors.  This requires carefully and precisely labeling of input and output cells.  The relatively large size of most of my calculation devices, and the multiple colors, also reduces the chances of data entry errors.

Many of the JavaScript devices I created are essentially a calculation device and a website all in one.  This will become apparent if you examine the following list of my mathematical websites.  (If you left click on the blue web addresses (URLs) the websites will open.)

www.Tech-For-Text.com/M1 This website contains an online JavaScript Exponential-Calculator.  It also contains a Microsoft Excel version of the above available for a free download.  Both the JavaScript and the Excel version can calculate extremely large and extremely small numbers, such as numbers with 300 decimal places.

www.Tech-For-text.com/M2  This website contains an online JavaScript Integral-Calculus-Calculator. It also contains a free Excel version available for download.  Both the JavaScript and the Excel version can calculate extremely large and extremely small numbers, such as numbers with 300 decimal places.

www.Tech-For-text.com/M3  This website contains an online JavaScript Quadratic-Equation-Calculator that will solve any quadratic equation that has a real numbers solution.  The website also contains a free quadratic equation calculator created with Microsoft Excel, and it is available for free download.  Both the JavaScript and the Excel version can calculate extremely large and extremely small numbers, such as numbers with 300 decimal places.

www.Tech-For-text.com/M4  This website contains an online JavaScript Division-Calculator, with a free Excel version for download. Both the JavaScript and Excel versions can calculate extremely large and extremely small numbers with up to 300 decimal places.

www.Tech-For-text.com/M5  This website contains an online JavaScript physics calculator for molecular speed.   This software calculates the ROOT-MEAN-SQUARE, AVERAGE, and the MOST-PROBABLE-SPEED, of gas molecules, simultaneously.  It also calculates the average of the three calculations.  It provides results for molecular speed in meters per second, kilometers per second, feet per second, and miles per hour.

I created this software to illustrate the above principles in physics, as well as to demonstrate how software can be created to perform simultaneous calculations.  This calculator provides 16 calculated results, by just entering the molecular weight and Kelvin temperature of a gas.  (The website has an additional calculating device to convert Fahrenheit and Celsius temperature to the Kelvin scale, at the bottom of the website.)

This website also contains an Excel version of the above which you can download for free.  The JavaScript and Excel versions are similar, and both can calculate extremely large and extremely small numbers, with over 300 decimal places.

www.Tech-For-Text.com/M6  This website contains an online JavaScript Shopper's-Calculator.  This calculator is useful for checking how much you were charged for a list of groceries, for checking sales tax calculations, and to check to see if percentage discounts were accurately calculated.  The website also contains an Excel version of the above which you can download for free.

The above website is also accessible from: http://www.david100.com/M6

www.Tech-For-Text.com/M7  This website contains an Online Time Calculator for Adding Hours and Minutes.  This website also provides downloads of other calculation devices for time in the Excel and OpenOffice Calc formats, for free download

www.Tech-For-Text.com/Timesheet  This website contains an Online TimeSheet-Calculator that Calculates the number of hours worked per day, per week, and for a two-week period.  This calculator is also a web form, and if you left click on it’s submit button, it will transmit what you entered to the e-mail address that was programmed into it, when I made it.  This website also contains similar timesheet calculators that are in the Excel and OpenOffice.org formats, for downloading.  The Excel and OpenOffice versions can be used to record permanent records of working hours, but they do not have submit buttons.

www.Tech-For-Text.com/Clock  This website contains an online clock-calendar that keeps track of time, in terms of seconds, minutes, hours, days, months, and years.  This includes date and time which are displayed in military and conventional formats.  This clock-calendar also presents time in unusual ways, involving the percent of the day, month, and year that is gone and remaining.  It provides over 20 redoubts, plus a one-month calendar that up dates itself automatically on the first of every month.

www.Tech-For-Text.com/Time  The construction and design of this website has not started yet.  The primary purpose of this website is time management. Information and general strategies for time management will be provided, along with online and downloadable software-based devices to manage time.  This website will probably be finished before the end of February 2010. However, it will probably be available for use before it is completed.

www.Tech-For-Text.com/Budget1 This website provides the Budget-Rate Calculator, in three formats, which are the Online JavaScript, Excel, and OpenOffice.org.  The Budget-Rate Calculator is very unique. It calculates total i Tome and expenses, balance, RATE of income and expenses, and RATE of financial gain or loss.  This calculator operates online, but it also is available in the Excel and open office.org formats, for free download on the above Website.

www.Tech-For-Text.com/Budget2  This website contains several special budget calculators, which I call Correction Factor Budget Calculators.  The calculators are available in three formats, which are: Online JavaScript, Excel, and OpenOffice.org.

The devices calculate total expenses and income, and the resulting balance.  However, what makes these calculation devices unusual is they compare your budget plans, with the way you actually carried out your budget, and then numbers are calculated that tell you how accurately you predicted expenses, and how well you followed your budget.  These numbers are the correction factors.

www.Tech-For-Text.com/Budget  This website, New Perspectives and Tools For Money and Budgeting is a short e-book, about 40 or 50 pages.  It contains over 50 calculation devices for budgeting, in the JavaScript and spreadsheet formats for online use or for downloading.
At this time the website is not completed, but it has over 13,100 words, and about 50 calculation devices, and it is open for public use.  The website will probably be completed before November 2009.

www.Tech-For-Text.com/EX  This website explains how to create an Excel template that generates seven-day diaries, until the year 9999.  This is illustrated in a diagram and also in a step-by-step format in a PowerPoint slideshow.  The website also contains a free download of a completed version of the template diary.   I created the above website and Excel template to illustrate how software can be created with Microsoft Excel.  The website also contains a number of other software devices (templates) created with Excel.  This above website is also accessible from: www.David100.com/EX
